We reserve the right to change without notice, prices and typographical pricing and information errors.

 Occasionally products may become unavailable, or are discontinued without notice, these situations are beyond our control and we take no responsibility for situations that arise due to this. We endeavor to minimize any inconvenience by updating this site daily.   

 Colours shown on this website are representative only .All product colours are reproduced as accurately as possible, however colours may appear slightly different due to computer picture resolution and individual monitor settings.

Dance & Play take no responsibility for variations that may occur in colour, fabric and braids used in products, product images are representative only. 
To avoid variation Dance & Play recommend when ordered more than 1 costume or tutu they must be ordered as 1 order. If we don’t have stock in store orders will take approx 8 weeks to deliver, this may stretch to 10-12 weeks during peak times (September-November). 

Dance & Play use Australia Post for all shipping and find they give a reliable service, though once a parcel is shipped we are no longer in control of its delivery and take no further responsibility for its whereabouts. If you find a parcel hasn’t arrived when it should please contact your local Australia Post office and let them know. If you don’t receive it within a reasonable time please contact us on (Ph)1300729984 or email orders@danceandplay.com.au. Dance & Play will then lodge paperwork to Australia Post to begin the process of trying to locate the parcel.    

In the event the Australia Post shipping link is down and postage is not added to your order Dance & Play reserve the right to charge the postage required to ship the order. An email will be sent and require confirmation to proceed. If authorisation is not granted or 7 days pass without reply the order will be canceled.
